Gearboxes

T4 offers rebuild and improvement solutions for virtually all types and manufacturers of gearboxes. Our process starts with a detailed teardown and inspection of every component, including the housing. Unlike most of our competitors, all of our gearbox repairs are initiated by an extensive inspection. This analysis takes into account the reducer’s housing, bearing/seal, shaft, and gear conditions.

Hydraulic Cylinders

We offer an extensive range of repair options for all cylinders from a basic re-sealing job to complete component reconditioning or remanufacturing. We repair cylinders of all makes, models, diameters and lengths including single acting, double acting and telescopic.

Pneumatic Cylinders

Even if a cylinder is in bad shape, there is still an air cylinder rebuild option. T4 industrial can fabricate parts and remanufacture a cylinder from scratch based on the original, which is often more affordable than purchasing a new one.
