There is a 20% restocking charge on all returns.  Before returning items, you must obtain a return authorization number.  This must be done within five (5) days of receipt of items. Ship returns, freight prepaid, in the original cartons.  Upon receipt of the returned items, in unused and acceptable condition, we will issue a credit to your account.

We ship in house (local), UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Freight to all parts of North America both expedited and ground.  Any shipments over 150LBS will be shipped via Freight Collect.

On arrival, the consignments should be carefully and thoroughly inspected for any sign of damage or shortage.
